What we collect
When you send an enquiry: the kind of work you have in mind, where the plot is (a street or postal code), whether you own it, are thinking of buying it or already have drawings — or which development you are interested in — and your name, phone number and email address, with anything you add in the note.
When you apply for a role: your name, email address and phone number, and, if you choose to send them, a CV or portfolio as a PDF, a link to your work, and a few lines on a project.
When you sign up for the newsletter: your email address only.
When you contact us directly by email, phone or WhatsApp: whatever you choose to send us. WhatsApp messages are also covered by WhatsApp's own terms.
What we use it for
To answer your enquiry and have the conversation that follows from it; to consider your application; and to send the newsletter you asked for. Nothing else, and never to build a marketing list.
Who sees it
Enquiries are read by KAPA's client team and directors. Applications go to our HR team and the people hiring for the role.
The companies that host this website and deliver its email handle your details only to do that. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for their marketing.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it for the reason you gave it to us, or as long as the law requires — then we delete it. A newsletter address is kept until you unsubscribe.
Cookies and tracking
This site counts visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and records nothing that identifies you: only which pages are viewed, which site sent you here, and your country and type of device, counted together with everyone else's. It uses no advertising or tracking cookies.
The one thing it stores is your choice of light or dark mode, kept in your own browser so the page opens the way you left it. It never leaves your device.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent and ask us to delete it. Write to our Data Protection Officer at hello@kapadesign.co and we will reply within thirty days.
