Design highlights

  • Double-height living room under a lantern roof, with a stone wall and a long bar counter

    Facing the Water. Nearly every room is planned to face the water, from the double-height living room to bedrooms glazed on two sides.

  • Long dining table under a concrete ceiling, glazed on both sides to the water

    A Stair Over Water. Inside the entrance, a floating stair rises over a reflecting pool, beside a tree in a round planter.

  • A sunken lounge at the edge of the pool, looking out over the water

    Down to the Jetty. Terraces step down to a lawn at the water's edge, with an infinity pool, a sunken lounge at its rim and the house's own jetty.
