    Daily Dualism. A balance between high-volume open entertainment spaces and intimate private retreats.

    Vertical Connectivity. A dedicated lift core and intuitive circulation to support "Aging-in-Place" and multi-generational accessibility.

    Lifestyle Integration. Specific facilities including a gym, 25m lap pool, and alfresco BBQ zones were essential for the family’s social rituals.
